This License Agreement governs your use of digital assets (“Assets”) downloaded from Attemptry. By downloading any Asset, you agree to the terms below. Each Asset is licensed under one of three license types: Basic, Commercial, or Extended Commercial.
The Basic License permits: (a) use in personal and non-commercial projects; (b) use in one commercial project with a total budget under $10,000; (c) incorporation into rendered images, videos, or interactive experiences. Redistribution of the source Asset files is strictly prohibited.
The Commercial License permits: (a) all rights under the Basic License; (b) use in unlimited commercial projects regardless of budget; (c) use in products for sale such as video games, films, and architectural visualizations. You may not resell or sublicense the Assets as standalone products.
The Extended Commercial License permits: (a) all rights under the Commercial License; (b) use in physical products for sale; (c) use in broadcast and streaming media with unlimited audience size; (d) use by multiple users within a single organization.
Under all license types, you may not: (a) redistribute, resell, or sublicense Assets as standalone files; (b) use Assets in any way that competes with Attemptry; (c) use Assets in illegal, defamatory, or harmful content; (d) claim ownership or authorship of the Assets.
All Assets remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Asset under the terms of the applicable license. No ownership rights are transferred.
Attribution is not required but is appreciated. If you wish to credit the creator, you may do so in a format such as “Asset by [Creator Name] via Attemptry.”
This license is perpetual unless terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Asset and destroy all copies.
Assets are provided “as is” without warranty. Attemptry and the creators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of Assets. It is your responsibility to ensure Assets are suitable for your intended use.
