By accessing or using Attemptry (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Attemptry provides a marketplace for premium 3D assets including models, materials, textures, and HDRI environments. Users may browse, purchase, and download assets subject to the applicable license terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Attemptry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
All assets available on Attemptry are owned by their respective creators. Purchasing or downloading an asset grants you a license to use it under the terms of the associated license agreement. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense assets except as expressly permitted.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) interfere with the Service's operation; (d) scrape or extract data without permission.
Attemptry is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
