How do downloads work on the free plan?
Explorer includes 10 new downloads each calendar month. Downloading an asset for the first time uses one, however many files it contains. Re-downloading something you already have never uses a credit. Unused downloads do not roll over.
What can I do with the assets?
Every asset carries its own license, shown on its page. Basic covers personal work and one commercial project under $10,000. Commercial covers unlimited commercial projects. Extended adds physical products, broadcast and team use. The full terms are in the license agreement. License agreement.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in your library, nothing is locked in. Once the subscription ends you move to Explorer, with free assets and 10 new downloads a month, and any bundles you bought stay yours. Creator and Studio assets need an active plan to download, including ones you downloaded before, so grab what you need first. Licenses for assets you already downloaded stay valid under their terms.
Can I switch between Creator and Studio?
Yes. If you already subscribe, use Manage billing to switch plans so you are never charged for two subscriptions at once.
Are bundles included in my plan?
No. Bundles are curated sets sold separately for a one-time price, and no plan or free download unlocks the assets in them. Once you buy a bundle it stays yours, whatever plan you're on. Browse bundles.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of a recurring charge and have not used paid features in that period, you can request a refund. Defective or misrepresented assets are always eligible. See the refund policy for details. Refund policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are supported, and Stripe may offer other methods depending on your country.
Do you offer plans for teams?
Yes. Studio is $49 a month or $490 a year and adds Studio-exclusive assets and custom asset requests. If you need more seats or custom terms, contact us and we will set it up with you.
