All products sold on Attemptry are digital goods (“Assets”) delivered via instant download. Due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned once accessed, our refund policy differs from policies for physical goods.
You may request a refund for an Asset within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the Asset. Once an Asset has been downloaded, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable unless the Asset is materially defective or misrepresented.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel your subscription within 48 hours of a recurring charge and have not used any paid features during that billing period, you may request a refund for that charge. Each case is reviewed individually.
If an Asset does not function as described, contains corrupted files, or is materially different from its listing description, you may request a refund even if downloaded. We may ask for supporting information (screenshots, error logs, or file format details) to verify the issue.
The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) Assets purchased during a promotional sale or at a discounted price, unless defective; (b) free Assets; (c) Assets where our records show evidence of download activity; (d) subscription fees for billing periods where paid features were accessed.
To request a refund, email support@attemptry.com with: (a) the email address associated with your account; (b) the Asset name and purchase date; (c) a brief explanation for the refund request. Refund requests submitted without this information may be delayed.
We review refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Attemptry reserves the right to deny refunds to users who abuse this policy, including those who request excessive refunds or attempt to exploit the no-download condition. We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in refund abuse.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
